By booking an appointment with and/or purchasing products from R3 Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions listed below.
Payments & Deposits
The price for the Wax & Wine Party is $499 USD plus tax. A $150 (plus taxes and fees) deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the date of the event. This will be collected at a convenient time.
The remaining balance is due in cash. If using a debit/credit card, a 3% service fee will be applied.

What are the guest requirements and location options for Wax & Wine parties?
Wax & Wine parties require a minimum of 3 guests. Each additional guest is $100 USD. Parties last 3 hours and can be held at our Metairie or Slidell locations, or at a location of your choice (a travel fee applies for off-site events).
Treatment Options
Waxing plus one additional waxing service for 4 guest are included in the price (2 services per guest).
Additional services can be added at the time of booking. Some services may be swapped for equal value.
Cancellations and Reschedules
Wax & Wine events must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance or the deposit will be retained for a cancellation fee.
Please note that there are no refunds. Instead, you may pick an alternative date.
